This job opportunity is for a temporary and full-time position.
The job location is at: Garapan, Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). The workers selected for the job opportunity will need to reside in Saipan, CNMI to perform the services or labor required by the job opportunity.
Overtime will be available to the worker under this job offer and payable at 1.5 x the regular hourly wage rate ($ 8.93 x 1.5) or $13.40.
DEDUCTIONS: Employer shall make all deductions from the workers’ paychecks that are required by law. No other deductions that are not required by law shall be made from the workers’ paychecks, unless specified herein and disclosed in the work contract in accordance with 20 CFR §655.423(c).
THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Employer guarantees to offer the workers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, as required by 20 CFR §655.423(f).
TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the workers while traveling from the workers’ origin to the place of employment, as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR §655.423(j)(1).
EMPLOYER-PROVIDED ITEMS. Employer will provide to the workers, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(k).
